They were very professional & honest about the repairs needed. We had issues with our rental car and they stayed on top of it until it was takin care of. The process was simple! Love the repairs!

There were 8 things that were not fixed correctly, after picking up the car had to have it towed because it lost all coolant and the engine got extremely hot. They had the car from 9/13/21 until we were able to get it on 10/21/21. Am wondering what else was not fixed correctly that I could not see. Before they release the vehicle back to the owner(s), they need to go over it with a fine tooth comb and make sure everything is fixed correct.y

I have zero complaints about our service. Customer service was great. They kept us up to date at all intervals of the repair. I have never had automotive work in, started, and completed in that short of a time frame. Very impressive and as far as I can tell fit, form and function all seem to be factory condition. I also noticed you did a little clean and detail. Sadly it seems like the bigger name places are getting away from that. It’s that little bit of above and beyond I think it matters and it is appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my vehicles into collision works in the future.
