This may seem like a petty request. However, just as a reminder that when a customer drops off their vehicle for example the whole vehicle intact; customer should receive their vehicle as a whole unit with everything intact no matter how minor it may be. For example, I noticed that we were missing the cap on the valve stem on one of the wheels. Again, does not take away the bigger picture, which is the professionalism that I experienced from speaking and dealing with workers at the shop.

Got my vehicle back, workers were super sweet. Although, I found some paint chip and scuff swipe on my right side of my car. Questioned them and they said it was probably a rock. Doubtful considering the sticker I had on my back windshield was completely removed (it was there when I had dropped off my car)in addition to the scuff and paint chip being there on the right side of my vehicle when they worked on the left side of my bumper.could possible be from them handling my car poorly and are trying to cover themselves. He did however buffed out the scuffs, but that doesn't excuse the paint chip as well. Looked like they messed up when driving the vehicle inside the shop. (Paint chip and scuff marks were not there before I had dropped off my car). Although he reassures me it was not their doing, how could the car windshield sticker be completely removed if all they worked on was the bumper, where did the chip and scuff come from (swiped on the right side of my vehicle) ? I Left doubtful of their service (even though it was recommended by commerce insurance.
