I was previously a customer at another auto body shop in Port Orchard on Mile Hill (I will not mention names). There, I felt like an inconvenience from the moment I walked in until the moment my car was done. I heard about Fix Auto through a friend and decided to read the reviews, which were outstanding, so I gave it a try. Fix Auto was completely different than my previous shop! I could not be more pleased with my experience there. My car was HIT by the tornado in December 2018. When I say HIT, I mean the damage was spread from one end of my car to the other. The work Fix Auto did (particularly BOB) was incredible! I recieved constant updates (particularly Julia) during the process. My car was done exactly when they said it would be. I will forever use this shop and refer my friends/family! Thanks a million for the timely, attentive, customer service based, and detail oriented work that was done!
