We were disappointed with the condition of the cars interior. There appeared to be no effort in cleaning up powdery residue left throughout interior. The tail light also seems to not fit as tightly into molding as other side of car. The trunk doesn't close as easily as before either. But as far as looking good on the exterior, the work was well done.

I was estatic and blessed with the interests that everyone treated me with! I was leaving the lot and noticed my right turn signal was flashing extremely fast. I returned to the lot and immediately was greeted by Brian and the wonderful body shop worker who helped to work on my vehicle twice in 2 months. He stated that he noticed my light when I drove up and had tool in hand and started work immediately on replacing my light, then he checked to see if it was working and said no charge! Brian and he were great! They are what customer service and care is all about! Please award these two. Brian will know his name. Both Brian and he deserve to be awarded for excellent customer service both times! I have had 15 years of car (Nissan Sentra and Nissan Altima ) and love it! Love the service with smiles and acknowledgement!

We have leather seats in our car and there is white paint on the passenger side seat. We had to pay out of pocket for a rental car because of a part that was being waited on for weeks. I had to call Dodge myself to find out that the part was no longer being made. The part was finally located in a junkyard and it had to be repaired before it could be put on. Now we have to bring our car back to you when the part is finally delivered. And the fact that Your general manager wouldn't let us get a loaner car, we were basically making 2 car payments on for the rental and our regular car payment.
