The repairs were good and we picked up the car a day early. The issue was the credit card machine pulled out 250.00 then declined the card took over hour to get it worked out and the women went to like five different people over her for help. It left a bad impression on me and my wife.

After the initial repair of the vehicle i noticed that there were still some scratches and imperfections in the paint as well as the steering wheel was not centered correctly after the alignment. After taking it back a second time the scratches were fixed but the imperfections in the paint were still noticeable and I was for the most part told there was nothing that could be done about them. Also after picking it up the second time the Steering wheel is still not centered as it was before the accident. As a certified Toyota collision repair center I expected much better results.

They didn't realign the tires like asked them to because of getting hit it came out of line. You can still here wind coming in from the window as well when the window is completely shut.

My car was not delivered on time. What was suppose to take one week took two. The day I finally got to pick up my car, I called the shop. The lady said it was being detailed. When I sat in my car, there was a white powder all over the inside moon roof, interior, dash board touch screen and steering wheel. I wasn't expecting a full detail but they could have at least wipes up their mess. Disappointed in more ways than one.
