We just got our car back yesterday (less than 24 hours ago) but was very appreciative that the staff who worked on our car were willing to fix a few more items that were not quite right when we picked the car up (e.g. hood was not latching properly, engine had not been cleaned fully and spacing of side panels meeting the door panels were significantly different on each side of the car). They were willing to listen to my concerns and take action before we actually signed off on the repairs. We will taking the vehicle for a drive this weekend to see that everything internally repaired is working properly before we take it again on a longer road trip. Thank you all for being so responsive to my concerns and your willingness to fix them properly. Yes, I would recommend your shop to any of my friends or acquaintances should they need body and collision repair service!
