Completely satisfaction is a pretty difficult thing to attain. However, after having my engine flooded and not having the front chrome piece that fits between the spoiler and bumper ordered it would be difficult to say I was completely satisfied. I do believe your shop tried their best to make it happen despite some weirdness though.
