Everything went great with the customer service of it but aside from the collision center the service center did answer alt more questions about my issues I just still am unhappy with my vehicle not being repaired completely even though I am told there is absolutely nothing wrong with it so I may have to go up in the chain a little further if this wasn't able to be handled by Lithia, but other than that customer service was fantastic with the service tech that helped
