They were problems originally with getting the notifications correctly. I was originally assured that they would change the email from my husband’s, however the emails were still going to my husband’s and not mine. Also, I had to follow up on the status on the previously determined date of pickup. I called that morning, I asked if I could receive a couple of hours notice, and then I did not receive any follow up. I called at the time estimated and was told to come on by and it should be ready.
