I was more than satisfied with the work that they did to repair my vehicle I do wish that communication could have been a little better.

The hood was known to require replacent. It should have been ordered the next day, Wednesday, instead if Friday. Also, the hand wash was poor. The roof was still dirty and had the green circles indicating dents. I had to attach a plastic housing for the rear seat belt because it was not attached at all.

I was so pleased with how nice and quickly Aaron’s response was too me and the professional manner in which he spoke to me while explaining what would be done to my vehicle. Aaron was pleasant and helped me understand the
process since I had a partial repair. The windshield was filthy and streaked bad so I had to clean this asap. When I look in the rear view mirror it appears it is vibrating all over so the view is jumping all over. I just spoke to Aaron and he will speak to glass installer to inquire.
