The people there are really nice. The whole process was easy. Work was done really well. My vehicle was returned in much cleaner condition than it arrived. Im very happy with this company.

My car was in for body work. When picking up the car I was told that the bumper could not be painted completely without stripping it. The major damage was the bumper and that was repaired and painted, so I do not understand why the other areas of bumper were not repaired/painted. It looks like those areas were buffed out (leaving scratches, cracks in paint) bare of paint including around the head light. There was no communication unless I called (multiple times). I would have liked to have had a heads up about the process and given a choice as to what could/could not be done. It looks like this was a rush job even though you had the car 7-****/2+day (not including weekend) estimate I was given was 3-4 days when I came in for estimate. My invoice shows paint and clear coat applied, so not sure why other areas were ignored and left bare. Car had been in years ago for a repair and work was very satisfactory. Not sure what happened this time. Of course, I am not an expert on auto body work, but my car does look as if no one cared about the product they were putting out. When I came in for the estimate at no time was I told about the possibility of not being able to completely repair the car. This is a very shoddy job. I should have been informed as to what could or couldn’t be done.
