Im not to pleased with the job they did on my repairs. Yesterday I noticed after leaving, that there is a scrape on the back door handle and thats the door they repaired. there should definitely not be any scrapes scratches or damage. Also today I realized the mirror was not assembled correctly or they did not even replace the whole unit like I was under the impression they were doing. I was also not to happy with it taking an extra two days, not to mention I was out of a car for the weekend when I had important things to do. I understand the dealership sent the wrong part, but it is still unacceptable. For the time and that price I feel like some of the other body work/damage should have been included. I'm sorry to have to write negative feedback but I'm just not satisfied with the overall work on the car

i really liked the fact that it was effortless. The receptionist was nice, George Bae told me exactly what would be happening with my car and was very friendly. It was a totally non-intimidating experience. You can't ask for more than that when it comes to auto repairs.
