I'm very unsatisfied with the service, because I was told the repairs would only take five days. After about four days I was told that the repairs had been done but when I had turned in the rental car and waited for my car I was told it was not ready. Because of the fact that the car was not ready I had no car for transportation for four extra days.

The only issues I had were that ****) Instead of Cook's calling me to make an appt as they said they would, I ended up calling them as I hadn't heard anything from them for a couple of weeks, though I knew my insurance had already paid for the repairs. 2) It took a few days longer than originally estimated (no surprise though).
