No communication! I was not fully informed that some of the repairs would not be covered under insurance until I was about to drive the car away and discovered this for myself. I was repeatedly told mixed and confusing stories about why my car took over three weeks longer to repair than originally quoted, while each time staff informed me it was being painted and would be ready in two days (when they finally finished painting they informed me they just ordered parts and it would be ready in three. I was confused that things happened in that order.)

I was absolutely pleased to have Carubba Collision work on my car. I was also pleased with the beautiful work afterwards. My car isn't in the best of shape (bodywise). So, when I saw the job the guys did afterwards, wow..I felt like 8 was getting into a brand new car. It was a beautiful paint job (even covered all the rust)!! Even better when I got into the car it was so clean and smelled so nice!! Thanks for a great job Carubba!! I want to ESPECIALLY thank Gabe!! He stayed over his work time to wait for me to get out of work and was also willing to work out some kinks to make my experience that much better.
