I was very pleased with the service that I received through the entire process. The email updates and phone calls were very informative and helpful. Manny & Yvonne were very kind, friendly, caring and honest people. It was a pleasure to deal with then. Upon picking up my car, I was very impressed and satisfied with the outcome of the work performed to repair my car. Manny was very easy to talk to and showed his concern and care. It was nice to meet him and I know if there are any issues going forward I can reach out directly to him. The car was completed in a timely manner with excellent results. I really appreciated being kept up to date on the progress of the repairs. I forgot to remove items from my inside door compartment, but when I picked up the car those items had been neatly relocated to other compartments in my car. My experience with Precision Colllision was very pleasant, especially my interactions with the lady at the front desk.
My Q50 was repaired properly and was done in a timely manner,I was informed of the work progression and the deadline was kept. All in all I’m very pleased with the results, I didn’t find anything to complain about.I hope I’ll never have another accident but if I do I will not hesitate to use Precision Collision again.
