The whole evolution exceeded my expectations. I used the Esurance app to take the photos used to gin up the initial appraisal. Then I emailed that to Briceno, and conveniently dropped off my car after hours. I rented a car, thinking I would need it for two weeks because Thanksgiving was only two days away. Then I started getting texts with photos of the work in progress, and a link to follow along the proposed repair timeline. That was great. And, to top it off, the repairs were done ahead of schedule! I will tell my friends and clients about my great experience
