My experience dealing with Lori was very pleasant and really smooth. She arranged for a ride home for me when I dropped off the car, nice guy who drove me home, and kept me informed all along the repair process. The color is slightly lighter but the car is 8 years old so that is totally understandable. The repair looks outstanding, the car was super clean and I am very happy with the work. Thank you!

I was very happy with my experience. The staff was friendly and helpful. My car was finished quickly. They contacted Enterprise rental car for me and let me know I could leave the rental with them when my car was done. I did not expect that my car would be washed, vacuumed and detailed.
