Yes I was totally satisfied the people there were great. They're able to get me in and out in my time from when I needed to have my car fixed in detail. Only problem I have is this survey text came at 6 AM in the morning and it woke me up.

Communication was very poor. I received a text
saying my car was getting close to completion, but
no phone call to give me an update. I would have
to call the next day or on the weekend to get the
word that my car would not be ready.
Seems they did a good job repairing the car, but I would
not use Dimmit again.

Kim was fabulous but the repair technicians were not! The lower portion of the SRX back bumper was not replaced. I had to wait another 45 minutes or more while Kim insisted that it be replaced with the new panel that was stored in the parts department. Definitely a lack of quality controls in place.
My repair experience was superb last February and I will continue to use the body shop in the future.
