Was told by the Collision Estimator, Mike at time of drop off that he was an expert and he would have it broke down and an estimate right away which he did for less than 10k(which seemed pretty low considering the amount of front end damage) but he was the expert. Was told we would get updates every Tuesday and Thursday and he missed a couple of those updates and they were always about something else wrong was found and how much longer it was going to take them. In the end it was 17k to fix and almost a month that you had our vehicle....when we called the manager to complain; our call was never returned. Will not be back and will not refer anybody else.

While I felt overly pleased with Mike's quality control I wasn't completely satisfied with his communication. Firstly, the repair time estimate was not correct. I did not learn this until my expected delivery day when I had to call him. I was then told on the phone it warn:t his time for making calls yet. On multiple occasions he promised to call right back or to call by a certain time and never did so.
