I traveled over 30 miles to get my car repaired and had to ask someone to come with me. I was told I would only have to wait about **** HR for the repair. After 2 hrs they rushed my car in to get it done within **** HR. I was disappointed that it did not turn out the way I was told. The one part also had 3 defects and they had to order a new one which means I will have to come back again. I was disappointed that the part wasn't checked upon arrival before installed. The repairman was very nice though.

Your upfront person, Linda was great,although I left several messages for Jovan, my claims person along with a couple of emails. He did not respond until I called in to complain. Very bad customer service on his end. I would not go back again unless I was assigned someone else. He is not increasing your net profits any. Everyone else was very pleasant. It is to bad that one person can ruin your reputation and cause bad service to reflect your whole team.

Appreciated the frequent updates by phone and email on the progress of the repairs. Also, receptionist was very helpful and courteous. Job on car seems very well done. There is a pretty strong smell of car paint when I first get into my car, but I'm expecting that will leave soon as the paint dries a little more. Overall I had a very good experience working with AutoNation Collision Center.
