I trust my vehicle in the care of Mac Haik. I come for oil changes and tire rotations. I wouldn't go anywhere else the service is exemplary! Ruben was on top of everything. He answered all of my questions and listened to me about what happened in the accident. He looked over the Renegade and explained everything. He even called Enterprise to come get me. The reminders by text about the repairs kept me in the loop and I didn't have to call. I can't say how wonderful the service is every time and how proud I am of Mac Haik. Anyone looking for vehicle service or a new vehicle I always tell them....right off 45 and the beltway. Thank you again.

My repair went smoothly and quickly. I dropped off my car Wednesday and got it back Friday. Because of this I only had to rent a car one day. The repair to the rear bumper skin looks factory new and Ruben provided excellent customer service. I will recommend this repair center.
