I was completely satisfied with my service from the initial walk in to the pick up. The staff was so accommodating to all my needs. Mr. James set me up with the rental car pick up and walked me through all the process with ease. Car was ready before I expected with excellent workmanship performed. I would most definitely recommend Mack Haik to anyone that needs repairs or a new car.

Body shop goes through too many different people. 3rd time we have used body shop for repairs and always someone new to deal with, seems to be a lack of communication in department. Work that was done seems to be good but need better communication when told something need to make sure it is done in timely manner or make contact with customer and explain in advance why there is a hold up.
