Not only did they complete the job well done, not only did they clean the outside of the car before returning it to me, they **detailed** it ! They also replaced a back light for me without charging me (it's the little things :)), they also re-attached a side piece that had fallen off years ago because I still had it in the back seat of my car! My car ended up better off than before my collision. I'll be going back in the spring to fix the consequences of parking on a corner of small but major intersection in Lincoln Park 10 years ago. No need to even get any other quotes.

Text updates were inaccurate. I understand they are meant as an increase in communication, but when inaccurate they really just ended up being annoying, forcing me to make a call instead of the other way around. Also my car was returned to me with some issues. My headlights turn on, and my dashboard goes blank. Just simple lack of attention to detail.
