I am thankful that Womack believes in the policy of "Under promise, and over deliver", and that our car was returned to us so much sooner than the estimated return date you provided. Possibly for the future the expected return date estimate could be projected to be a little sooner/closer to the actual return date. Ours was a big difference for what seemed like a smaller repair/rear bumper replacement.

I would have preferred they reach out to me before salvaging it over a small cosmetic dent. Also it felt like they just didn’t want to work on it or had the time as they included several other prior defects in the quote for the repairs and were doing more than needed to be done to just get the larger dent out.

I would like to have a better explanation of the way you work with USAA.
I didn’t realize you did extra work then what was quoted and didn’t hand the car to me so that I could bring it to my mechanic to finish the job. Did I give permission to do extra repairs with the check I was given by USAA or did you just go ahead without it.

Everything was great except the final cleaning. I understand you hire a subcontractor for the final detail. the windows were all quite filthy especially the front windshield. I could barely see out of the windshield.other windows had a sticky hard substance that i had to scrape off. the writing is still visible from the Estimaters pen on the passenger side windows.
The center console was dirty inside. Since this was a stolen car recovery I was especially sensitive about how unfinished the cleaning was.
