First of all all the staff I've encounter at Scott's has been professional and curious in person and over the phone. The repairs were completed very quickly and very good quality work. It's a hassle to deal with getting a rental picking it up and taking it back but Scott's takes care of it for you which in my book is awesome. Last but not least they cleaned my wife's vehicle and made it look like it came of the show room floor! I would and have already recommended Scott's to friends and strangers for their vehicle repairs. I plan on using Scott's each and every time from now on.

Maybe I must had misunderstood but I believe I was told that the scratches on the rear quarter panel was going to be "painted and clear coated the small **** section because touch up paint won't look right, we'll get it fixed where you won't notice.
this doesn't mean I'm unhappy because I could have misunderstood.
