Mackin's did everything they said they would and then some extra! The job was done with extreme professional care! I was extremely satisfied with the final product. The whole experience was very satisfying. I was kept in the loop knowing how the repair was going and when I could plan on picking my vehicle up. I was 99% satisfied; however, the delivery of the vehicle was pushed out a week due to damage to a tire being discovered the day before it was to be delivered. As such, we incurred an extra week of rental car costs only partially covered by insurance, since it pushed us outside of the 30-day window.
Maybe this couldn't be helped, but it seems to me like checking the tires and wheels at the beginning of the process would be a good idea.
