Had Mackin done several car in the past and I was very satisfied with the work. Most recent repair on 2011 Mercedes C300 was great and i always trusted Mackin as one of Costco prefer shop. However, while my car was performed wheel alignment at David auto repair via Mackin, i was told my front wheel need to have urgent services due to wheel baring and struts and the quote for repair was prepared and provided to me (~$800). I was under pressure that it needs have to be done immediately. After second thoughts, i'd told Daryl i will have it done later and need the car back and will be inspected by Mercedes shop. I took the car to Les Schwab day ater and have them to have 2nd opion on issues was report by David Auto Repair, it turns out wheel baring is normal wear and tear and really don't need urgent service and as well as nothing to mention about the strut. The quote Les Schwab to have front wheel service is about ****/3 of David want to charge. After all, i am more disappointed with the situation I was receiving the services here at Mackin even though David Auto shop is the one wanting to rip me off the services that i should not be concerned.
