Hector was fantastic to work with. I was in my first accident and it was excellent to have a company that was able to take me through each step of the process to get my vehicle repaired. Mackin's went above and beyond for me.
Right after the repair I found that a plastic piece by my windshield had broken and they replaced the part in less than 48 hours. The car also had gotten something sticky on it from sitting in a parking lot and they washed the sticky stuff off the car. Excellent customer service!
