The protective liner that covers the rear of the back seat was peeled away from two attachment points; one of the plastic fasteners was broken;
There was a white blotch on the top of the back seat near the right headrest
The bumper, although brand new, had a blemish on the lower left side.
My wife will be bringing the car by today for your review.

We had a wonderful experience. Our bumper was replaced quickly and looks excellent, problems with insurance were handled swiftly and with our interests paramount, minor issues with the car were fixed with little hassle and no charge, and our car was returned clean and well cared for. We will not be going anywhere else for auto work.
