Aside from the delay caused by the inadequacy of the "after-market" pieces originally ordered, this went remarkably smoothly. The staff at STAR is unfailingly polite, friendly, helpful and professional and the work, so far as I can tell (having only had the vehicle back a few days) seems superior. They have a good reputation locally and this certainly did NOT tarnish that reputation.

The repairs were great. But a mechanic losing my keys was not so great. But dave the representative who took care of me made up for it by taking money off my deductible as well as ordering a new fob for my car. I hope the mechanic doesn't lose his job, but learns from his mistake. I still trust your company.
