I will be at the office first thing in the morning. My transmission and air bag light were on and never have been. The car runs like crap now, never had any issues. Also a seat belt was not bolted in properly and the dentfix surge box was left hooked to my battery.

I have used your services for many times on many of my vehicles. I left three messages with my estimator to respond to questions I have. Never got a call back. Came to the shop twice and left sticky notes to call me because my estimator was not available when I stopped by, never called me back. Once I paid the deposit and initiated the service, and after the work was done, we went to pick up the cat and the front desk lost the paperwork. It took 30 minutes to find the paperwork so we could get our car out. This may have been the worst customer service of a repair I have ever had.

The work was plain crap. Paint chipped off the hood of my car, a bolt from my bumper missing and one loose! Pretty bad workmanship. Have some pride in your work that I paid 500 dollars for. I will be in on Monday to have it fixed - AGAIN.
