The **** thing for me that brought the service 150? over the top.. was when the tech took the time to notice that the door stripping was missing on the passenger side door that had been damaged in the accident and replaced it. That to me was by far- attention to the smallest detail. That was the WOW Factor! I had my Mazda in for fender repair, and the fender guard hadn't been replaced per the work order. Thankfully when I pointed this out to Lucas he checked the shelf and the part was there; the tech had just skipped that step. So Lucas was a champ in getting the situation corrected.
Would I have preferred it was perfect right away? Of course. But I wanted to give feedback that the issue was made right in the best way possible.

When it comes to the progress of the car and updates about when its completion date will be, employees seem to not have their information together. I felt like thins could have been handled with better time frames and knowledge about where my car was when I called to check in. This is the second time I have had a later pick up date at Maxwell, than the original date that was specified.
