Tim and the rest of the crew were easy to deal with and my car looks great. As great as they are, I hope I don't have to see them any time soon. Don't want to wreck my car again!

the worst quality service from a reputable collision center. the employee said that it looks like the bumper could have been damaged in shipping, my question is then "why" was this one put on and painted?? I want to see the old one once the new one is installed and painted.

I had a wreak a few years ago and I had taken it to them. I was so impressed that when I needed body work done to a parking lot hit that I told my insurance company I wanted to take it to them and the insurance company was in full agreement with my choice. I came in with a 2ft by 2ft section that needed to get fixed, and it is, but now half of the clear coat on the car is visibly ruined. On parts of the car there not even apart of the accident. There are abrassive marks in the window frame located at the b pillar. I just about cried when the sun came up and shines on the car. The part you guys fixed is perfect, but now one side of my car looks awful to me. I just picked it up friday, but you will be seeing me Monday.

Did a great job with the repair and even took care of some unrelated damage as a part of the package. I appreciate the car wash as well. Also really appreciated the jumpstart to my car when the battery died. The staff was professional and I was kept well informed of the status of my vehicle.
