They installed an after market bumper rather than a OEM one. When we took the car in they explained that our insurance would not pay for an OEM but we said we would prefer it and would pay the small difference but when we picked up the car we found they did not install the OEM part. It looks very good and we are very happy with the rest of the work but we would have preferred the OEM part we requested.
