This repair took much longer than expected. I understand that much of this was beyond Autowerk's control as they waited for parts to get in the shop, but this wasn't communicated to me until 2 days before the expected completion date. This happened twice: once when the date was moved from 6/24 to 6/30, and again when the date was pushed out to 7/15. This greatly altered plans with regards to my rental car (I was paying out of pocket) and road trips (we planned a trip on 7/****). Again, I understand that there isn't much Autowerks can do to make me completely satisfied with my experience, but I think there was a certain lack in communication until the last minute.
In regard to the repair itself, the car looks great and as good as new! I appreciate the wash and cleaning detail as well. Overall very quality work.
