The whole experience was great from when I walked in when I got there. Till when I came back to pickup my finished car. The whole time they had the car I got constant updates as to the level of completion and when they ran into some trouble that would delay the completion. I would definitely recommend John Harris Body shop to anyone that may need that type of repair to their vehicle.
