Unfortunately, this is the third time I've had to bring my Equinox to **** Collision Express due to accidents beyond my control. The service and schedule were good, but the estimate was for $750 and the final bill was for $885. Got two different explanation for the difference and neither was really satisfactory; first was that they "must have found something" after the initial estimate, and second was that it for a "scan" that the carrier won't let you bill for until after it is done, which has nothing to do with the estimate. Adding 18% to the estimate with no credible explanation ruined an otherwise ok experience.

I was completely satisfied with my service. The intake process was a breeze. They assisted me with my transition to Enterprise to acquire a rental car and answer all my questions about getting a quote for a separate cosmetic fix. When I return to pick up, the car was cleaned, the damage was fixed and the payment process was easy. They also took the keys to my rental car for return to Enterprise, that was greatly appreciated.
