I saw the sign in the office that said something like "to create a pleasant experience for our customers and employees" loved it. And that my car was cleaned out was a real bonus, thank you. When I was waiting during my first visit, a guy came in and said what a great job they had done for him and just wanted to thank them. I joked about how this guy was a set up-customer comes in and then a guy come in to say what good work they had done, all for my benefit, ha ha ha, but not a joke service was great. The SECOND time it was painted was fine. The first time was unacceptable. They were very accommodating after I pointed out the he drooling paint. Re-do was 100% better. One screw clip cover was broken however. Not worth another trip from Bernardston to Keene. Will order another clip locally.

Not all of the scrape was taken care of. I’m not sure that the adjuster from Geico saw it but underneath the back bumper is scraped as well. What you did do looks great but not all of the damage was taken care of.
