Every employee that I dealt with was pleasant and professional. My car was done in the time frame that I asked for and I was kept up to date on the whole process through my preferred method of communication (email). I noticed one tiny flaw in the paint job but its not noticable unless you are looking closely. Since you give a lifetime warranty I'm not concerned about it.
