I'm really pleased with the repair of a small dent. It included a painting of the bumper with a new vinyl strip so the whole bumper looks brand new again. They kept in touch by email every day to let me know how work was progressing. When I came to pick it up the girl walked me out to my car to look at the work that was done. She was so efficient I asked her name, and now, darn, I forgot it, but she really couldn't have done any better. I am totally happy with the whole experience and will pass your name on to friends. The finished product was awesome but the technicians were done they left tools and electrical tape under the hood which would have caused a lot of damage if I didn't inspect before driving off. Also my drivers headlight is no longer working after you adjusted it. I would like resolution on this also I have the tools in my possession
