The service that I received from Col-Craft exceeded my expectations in every way.
First, the service was so very respectful. Everyone listened and cared. They were kind, considerate and made it easier than I could have imagined to bring my car to them, rent a car and get my car back earlier than expected! In addition, they made all of the arrangements for my rental, and the rental agent was waiting for me when I arrived at Col-Craft!
Secondly, my car looks like new- honestly, Col-Craft cleaned it inside and out.
I have already begun to recommend Col-Craft to friends and family. That says a lot!

I was very satisfied with the business and also their customer service is a 5 star to me, although I just wish they could communicate more like when there's changes they should notify me. Like for example everytime I received an email about the car due on adate, they don't communicate with me about that there has been a change on the due date, so I have to call them asking around about my car if it is done or when is it gonna be done, which can make a customer seems impatient. Overall thank you

From the moment I was in contact with Col-Craft I was greeted in a very friendly manner by Jim and Tony both, and after assessing the work needed to be done they scheduled my appointment and I was able to have the work completed in one day so there was no inconvenience to me at all.
