The only negative thing about my experience was that I had all the loose change taken from my car. I don’t care about the money but just thought you should know. Larry **** service department also had my car for a day so it could of happened there as well. Besides that my experience was excellent.

Tony did a great job. There was an item not covered by insurance that I was supposed to be called on, but never was. This caused me to be surprised and upset when I went to pick-up the vehicle and saw a very visible repair not done. Tony took it back to the shop immediately and they fixed it in under an hour.

They said they needed the car for more than one day so I brought it in one morning. The next morning I called to find out the status of the repair. I was told they just taking it in to be fixed. This was a job that took less than one hour to repair. It would have been nice to have had my car for that more than 24 hour time and I would have gladly waited for it to be fixed. This time thing obviously makes it more convenient for the shop than the customer. Otherwise, the repair was fine.
