Janelle was excellent; she kept me informed, she disassembled the vehicle before providing the estimate so there weren't any surprises, and the paintwork is amazing. But when Lirim paints your vehicle, amazing is what you get. I will continue to use and recommend Jerry Seiner Collision as the best place to bring your vehicle for QUALITY and SERVICE.

The length of time it took was a burden and I paid as much in car rental fees as it cost to repair the car (maybe more). I appreciated updates but ultimately the blower motor wasn't fixed and it took entirely too long considering I had to be preapproved by my insurance and preorder the parts. The repairs were great but the length of time was extremely frustrating.

My answer is really yes, in that the repair was done ABSOLUTELY PERFECTLY! So, I fail to say"completely" satisfied, in that from the time I made an appointment with Jerry Seiner to do the repair, it took a full two months to complete it. That is an awfully long time.
