Not satisfied wirh my car because I noticed today a damage on the right lower part of the back bumper that did not have the day my car entered your shop.
Before I took my car today I showed everyone the damaged done by you.
I expect for someone from your shop to conduct an investigation on to what happened to my car during the stay at yiyour shop and prove to me that this was not your fault.
I have puctures to show that my car was only damaged in the front due to the accident and not the back bumper.
I need an explanation why today I was not showed the pictures taken by your employees at the time that my car entered the shop.
Please get back to me with a good explanation. I expect this new incident ti get fixed for me at no cost Thank you.

Hi,
I would like to clarify that my car has not been picked up this morning due to 2 main issues:
- The red color of the painted rear bumper do not match my car's original paint.
- The black plastic piece that goes under the bumper has several scratches that must be removed.
I'm attaching 2 pictures of the rear bumper where the color difference it's clearly noticeable.
I have agreed with Geico representative - Casey - that you are going to repaint the bumper to match the correct color and remove the scratches from the black plastic piece.
I do trust on your good service & professionalism as you are a preferred body shop for Geico so please fix these 2 major issues and let me know when the car is ready to pick it up at your earliest convenience. At this point, I'm disappointed with the execution of this job.
