I first attempted this repair at Caliber and was disappointed by their lack of car knowledge, basic customer service, couldn't distinguish what a trailer hitch vs trailer wire connector was and how they confused my appointment multiple times.

Although I am satisfied with the repair work, I wasn't impressed with the communication. I was promised an update by phone twice but no one bothered to call me. After first failure to call me back, I called out B & S failure to call me. The staff promised to correct the mistake and make sure to call me the next time. But the mistake was repeated. I can excuse a new mistake but repeating the mistake is not a good customer service. It left a bad experience in spite of being satisfied with the repair work.
