Every single experience I've had with Five Star has ended horribly. From your dealership, now to your repair shop. I was texted on Monday, saying my car was 66% ready, then later received a text saying it was done. I missed a phone call from Patrick, who left a vm saying my car "should" be ready Monday evening. I returned the call, spoke with a young man that said he would have Patrick call me back with the status of my car. I told him I was at work, didn't get off until 1am. He told me Patrick would call me back and get everything taken care of. No return call on Monday, Tuesday. I called on Wed morning and was told that my car had been ready since Friday (I was not called until Monday though). Next problem, I was still in the rental car, which state farm said I would have to pay for the additional days because the manager claimed he had been leaving me vm since Friday. That was a lie to cover your butts. Luckily, Enterprise verified that neither were they given notice that my car was ready or they would have called me to turn in the rental, therefore State farm went ahead and paid for the extra days. I'm extremely disappointed that I was being held accountable for you guys dropping the ****. Do not contact me because I do not want to discuss this matter any longer, but I will never do business with Five Star again.

Your techniciams did a excellent job of painting and repairing my black GMC TERRAIN DENALI. I WAS VERY nervous about it because it only has 4000 miles on it. I was very pleased getting feedback on progress/status every day direct from Andrew in the shop. I was worried as my Denali is a black metalflake, that I would not be pleased with the paint job, to the contrary, I was leasantly surprised at the quality of workmanship painting with perfect repairs. My vehicle was also completed earlier than I expected which was a pleasant surprise. I will recommend your facility to all my friends without hesitation in the future. The only thing I can pass along to the team is that they should keep doing exactly what they are doing. Their service was quick and I was notified at least twice a week on the status of my vehicle. The workmanship was literally top notch, The vehicle looks amazing!!!!!!
