O’Reilly’s made a potentially stressful situation easier to handle. My first impression was a good one, as the shop’s first concern was whether or not my car would be safe to drive before I could leave it at the shop. From there, O’Reilly’s took care of scheduling the estimate appraisal with my insurance company, arranged for a car rental from nearby, made the repairs quickly, kept me updated through the repair process, and even cleaned my car for me.
