Excellent customer service and excellent work. This repair shop understands how to handle repairs and all of the logistics. They understand that a person who has been in an accident and has probably struggled with the bureaucracy of insurance companies needs the type of supportive and friendly customer service that they provide. They also include extras like cleaning out the front inside of a vehicle and making all parts of the exterior look clean just like the area that is repaired. I recommend this repair shop to everyone.!

I appreciated all the front staff and Dori so much. It took much longer then we all thought which was very hard on me not having a predictable date for my vehicle. Things were ordered that weren't right and had to be sent back which all took time. I am happy with the work that was done and grateful for Dori and her calm attitude.
