Lamettrys is a very professional company to deal with. Their customer service is outstanding! Always keeping me informed on the progress of the repairs. The quality of their work is top notch. They listened to my concerns and addressed them. We live in a rural area in a different state and drive over 3-****/2 hours to bring our vehicle to Lamettrys for repair. Unfortunately I've needed the services of an auto collision shop a couple times this year, fortunately I came to Lamettry's. I have been totally satisfied and highly impressed by Lamettry's collision repairs, their service personnel, the managers (especially Dave), the front desk receptionists, and in general everything about Lemettry's. I've been especially impressed with the service they have providing updates to the customer regarding the repair progress . . . I had them send me text messages which was terrific since we didn't have to worry about trying to connect on the phone. Lemettry's is a wonderful business and I don't know why I would ever go to another collision repair shop (although I hope I don't need their service too often). Many Many thanks to Dave again, he has been absolutely terrific to work with.
