Several items related to the accident were not repaired. I had to call my insurance company to complain. At that point items were repaired. I was told by my insurance company that any further damage found would be repaired when the auto repair shop found them, but it appears that was not the case. I had a vehicle repaired at your shop before and was completely satisfied with the work.
